Maximum occupancy is 200. Our wedding average is 120.
A $1000 deposit is due when contract is signed to secure your date. The remainder is due 120 day before your event. You can pay monthly as long as the total amount due is paid by the specified due date.
All events dates are reserved once we have the signed contract and deposit. Email us for availability.

You can use any caterer or bar service that suits your vision and budget.
We only book one wedding a day ensuring each event gets our full attention.
We have a mix of 5 ft round tables and 6 ft rectangle tables.
We only book one event a day, so our fee would be the same for a reception, a ceremony or both.
We prefer checks.
Please consult your contract for time, for most events it is 10am.
No, we do have a team member onsite to help with any venue issues.
No fireworks or sparklers are allowed on the property.
Please pick up any vehicles left at the venue by noon the next day.
